Bridget's Bedroom Mural (March/2011)
Bridget's Bedroom Mural - It covered all four walls in her bedroom! She wanted to be surrounded by icebergs with seals lounging on them....and to top it off a portrait of her next to her mirror, where she is doing her favorite pose!

Simone's Bedroom Mural (NYC)
Simone loves fairies, Unicorns, animals, flowers, trees and lots of colors! In May 2010, I was visiting New York City for a few weeks and painted a mural in Simone's bedroom on the UWS while I was in town. It was a fun project to work with Simone (who is 7 years old) and her mother Adriana, in making Simone's imagination come alive on her bedroom wall! If you scroll all the way to the bottom you can see the drawing I did for Simone before I started painting on her wall.
RED DAY with Keller Williams
I did a mural for Keller Williams RED DAY this year at the TEXAS BAPTIST CHILDREN's HOME in Round Rock! MYTHIC PAINT donated the paint for 5 Murals to be painted that day! Scroll down to see the pictures!!
THANK YOU Mythic Paint (http://www.mythicpaint.com)!
I received these very nice THANK YOU notes from the kids at The Texas Baptist Children's Home.....and thought I would share them! No, THANK YOU! Your letters made my day!!!

LIVE MURAL painted at the Austin Green Living EXPO 2010 at Element Supply's booth!
Can you find all the animals in the MURAL? As a muralist, I exclusively use MYTHIC PAINT for my Murals. I have been using Mythic Paint (www.mythicpaint.com) for about 2 years now and LOVE it! It is non-toxic and NO VOC! It is so safe you can paint a baby's room while you are pregnant! I buy my paint at ELEMENT SUPPLY (http://www.elementsupply.net) here in AUSTIN! Kelly at Element asked me to come do a demo with Mythic Paint's new line of colors from The Land of Nod, this year at the AUSTIN GREEN LIVING EXPO! I also had the joy of meeting Michael Patrick, the Mythic Paint Account Executive for Austin! We had a great time and a GREAT turn out! THANK YOU AUSTIN! Here are photos of the finished MURAL!
The ELOISE Shop - The Plaza Hotel (NYC)
The Plaza Hotel recently opened the new ELOISE shop (Dec 2009)! I was commissioned by the very talented architecture firm GNA (www.gnarchitect.com) to paint a portrait of ELOISE in the Living Room, 24 ELOISE plates to be displayed in the Tea Room, and 4 light box panels displayed in the Library! Here are 2 photos of the finished shop and a few in-process photos!
Just had to include this photo on my blog....
Two good friends of mine went to visit the mural I did in The Plaza Hotel...and it was just too funny not to publish + their photos were better than the ones I took!To those of you in NYC....please go have tea in the Eloise shop!
"i love, love, love to shop at the plaza!" - My latest MURAL was the ELOISE Mural at the PLAZA HOTEL's new ELOISE SHOP!!!
Before I start a mural, I always do a sample drawing....
I was recently chosen by GNA www.gnarchitect.com to work with them on a project for the new Eloise Shop at the Plaza Hotel! It was an honor to bring Hilary Knight's http://www.eloisewebsite.com/hilary_knight.htm illustrations to life on the wall of the new shop! I was a fan of his illustrations before, but now even more so after getting the chance to recreate his illustrations in the form of a mural (YES, they were all painted freehand)! My only hope is that he feels I was true to his original drawings! I saved the best for last, the amazing author Kay Thompson http://www.eloisewebsite.com/kay_thompson.htm who has drawn us all into Eloise's world and her amazing adventures! Please, next time you are on the Upper East Side don't forget to check out the wonderful new ELOISE shop and don't forget to mail Eloise a letter in her mailbox while you are there (located at the shop)! Cheers, Christine
